Clearing Browser Cache

Sometimes, your internet browser may hold on to old information in the cache. If something in VPO doesn't look right to you, try one or more of the following methods to ensure you're seeing the most up-to-date information.

  1. Clearing browser cache

    a. Open the browser that you use to access VPO (the screen may look a little different depending on which browser you use).
    b. Press 'Crtl + Shift + Delete' on your keyboard.
    c. Select All Time as the Time Range.
    d. Be sure that Cookies and other site data as well as Cached images and files are selected.
    e. Click Delete Data.
  2. Incognito / In-Private Browsing 
    An Incognito / In-Private browsing session will not display any cached data. While in the browser that you use to access VPO, press 'Ctrl + Shift + N' on your keyboard. Navigate to the VPO project and log in to confirm whether the page appears correctly.
  3. Hard Refresh
    A hard refresh of the page will force all information to reload without cache. While in the browser you use to access VPO, press 'Ctrl + F5' on your keyboard and confirm whether the page appears correctly.
