Creating a Support Portal Account

Create a VPO Support Portal account to easily track your open tickets and review past ones. This is a separate account from your VPO login. For help with logging in to VPO, see How to Login to VPO.

  1. From the Support Portal Login page, click Sign Up With Us. After completing the form, click Register.

  2. You will receive an email with a link in it to set the password for your account. Click the link and enter the password you'd like to use. Remember, this is different from the password used to log in to VPO.

  3. After setting your password, you will be directed to the VPO Support homepage. Here, you can submit a new ticket, check the status of your current tickets, and search or view tutorials.
